Absolutely! You can either source your own architect or arrange a meeting with our draftsman to customise your own home to suit your individual needs.

Sure thing! We understand that you want to make it your own, so you’re more than welcome to sit down with us to make your colour selections.

From the moment you engage with Fowler Brothers to the delivery & installation phase, our process can take approximately 6-10 weeks (depending on our workload at the time).

Based in Narangba – North Brisbane, we primarily serve QLD and NSW, yet our widespread connections span Australia. With nationwide shipping capabilities, we ensure your relocatable home reaches you, no matter where you are.

Plans, Building Approval, Soil Test, QBCC Insurance and Construction of transportable home on our site. Delivery is included within 100kms of our site in Narangba – North Brisbane & installation to new site. Anything out of the 100km radius will be an additional cost to the purchaser.

We pride ourselves on flexibility and making your home your own. Some optional extras that you may consider are upgraded kitchen selections, colour selections, kitchen & bathroom fixture upgrades, adding on carports/fly over roofing, increasing size of decking/porch etc.

Service Connections is not allowed for in our base pricing schedule, however, Fowler Brothers can take care of these for you (location dependant) at an additional cost to make for a smooth transition.

From your initial contact, we’re here to listen, understand, and refine your vision.

We collaborate with you to customise designs, source materials, and ensure a swift and efficient construction. Throughout, we keep you informed and engaged, leading to the exciting day of final handover.

Preliminary Phase

First step is to engage with Andalyte Built and discuss design and what will best suit your needs. During this stage we cover material selections and your vision

Construction Phase

Finalise design & selections. Discuss Building Approval, Site specific approvals & service connections (Fowler Brothers can take care of approvals & connections at an additional cost) Complete construction and ready for transportation to your location.

Delivery & Installation

On completion of your transportable home, Fowler Brothers arranges for the delivery to the site location, stumped onsite as per approved plans and ready for plumber and electrician to do their service connection.

Final Inspection

Fowler Brothers can take care of engaging the certifier to complete the final inspection, ready for you to move in and create your forever memories!
